Dr Taj or Dr Miami

So I know both docs are doing the pnuema or however you spell it implant that Dr. Elist got patented years ago. This seems to be the only viable surgical option opposed to fillers like PMMA. Are there any surgical suceess stories here in the sub or should I look elsewhere.

Tbh I've been contemplating getting this done for way longer than I should. I really don't need it done I'm average af 5 x 4.5 nbpel/girth. But like everybody here I want to be bigger and bigger lol. What's yall hang ups on not doing surgery?
