Mama in need of therapy

Hello everyone. I have been searching for therapy with my insurance provider and I am getting NOWHERE! I’m getting the same 2 things from folks; no new patients or we don’t accept that insurance. I don’t wanna give up and live in the turmoil in my head forever. Can someone help me? I have pa state insurance, upmc for you, carelon for behavioral health. Anyone in pa know who acccepts this and is taking new patients? Preferably telehealth. Thank you in advance!!!
