where to watch guiding gamepaly for beginner??

I started playing and watched a few guides. I managed to win against both easy and hard bots without much trouble. I realize there are areas I could improve, like army management and better economic growth without stacking units and lalala. In short my gameplay feels very clunky right now. Naturally, I want to watch gameplay from better players to see how they handle it, but the only thing I can find are gameplays of clicking ten buttons at the same time, and I have no idea whats going on.
