Advice on buying tickets to an Impact Arena concert?

I'm planning a vacation to Thailand and want to see a Twice concert while I'm there. Has anybody here bought tickets to any concert to Impact Arena? Can you explain the process, I want to be prepared for when tickets actually go on sale. Thank you
