Bigger pike

I have been fishing pike for some weeks up in norway, i only sees t o be Abel to get max 1.7kg pike. The water i fish in has alot of 7-10kg but I can't find them. I use mostly wobblers so they don't go to deep and fish in the vegetation and all the bridges and by the boats. Any tips for a beginner to catch these really big pike? Thx in advance
