I’m waiting on lab results

I went to a minute clinic for a UTI and got antibiotics after the test strip confirmed it. The NP sent a sample off to culture which is normal and I saw it was pending when I checked the app. I also saw a different test for std’s and that along with the culture are now missing in the lab results list. I haven’t heard back and I looked in MyChart also. How do I find out the results?
