[TOMT][TV][2000s-2020s] Adult cartoon character says “No!” After interruption,and then repeats the same thing but slightly different

I’m trying to remember a scene from an adult animated show — most likely Family Guy, American Dad, or South Park (but I’m not 100% sure).

In the scene, a male character is telling a story or explaining a plan slowly. Another character interrupts and tries to guess or finish the sentence. Then the original character abruptly says “No!” (possibly with a slurred or flamboyant/gay-sounding voice), and then continues the story or plan — but basically says the same thing that was just guessed, just with a few added or changed words.

Example structure (not exact lines, just to show the tone): Character 1: “So we went to the Vatican to see the Pope…” Character 2: “Oh, so that’s where you met Jesus?” Character 1: “NO! I shook the Pope’s hand, then he took me to heaven — that’s where I met Jesus.”

It’s not religious — that’s just an example of how the dialogue felt. I’m almost positive it was from one of those three shows. It felt sarcastic or campy, maybe like a character was slightly drunk or exaggerated in how they spoke.

I’ve been trying to remember this for days — anyone know what scene or episode this is?
