Is this the strongest state tracer has ever been in?

i’ve been thinking about it for a while especially after the rise of tracer being played in my plat games and surprisingly dominating like never before, but i honestly think this is the best state tracer has ever been in. “tankier” than she ever was in OW1, dps passive to apply constant pressure, 6 dmg, a spread buff not too long ago, and ofc her infinite blinks with the perks. i honestly don’t remember a time where tracer was this strong. can someone tell me why they decided to buff tracer’s damage while also buffing the dps passive and after the spread buff to help her out? (this isn’t even taking into account her perks). she wasn’t even struggling she was doing just fine before all those buffs. i’d get it if she was underperforming but she was already semi dominant, now she’s just a monster lol. id get these buffs if the dps passive buff didnt happen this season and if she didnt have 500 blinks to increase her uptime in a fight. she’s so hard to punish now with very little room to ACTUALLY punish her unless she really messes up. the problem is no one in my elo bans tracer so it’s been rough going up against tracers this season i honestly have no idea where all the good plat tracer suddenly came from lol, but hey at the end of the day id rather die to a tracer than a sojourn. i hope they revert the dmg buff to tracer, or at least revert the spread buff.
