Dry frizzy straight (asian) hair that oils up quickly

Hi, I've noticed that after I shower and dry my hair (using a hair dryer or air drying), it gets frizzy, dry, and poofs out a bit. I want to know how to keep my hair shiny and sleek, and I know for sure that I don't have curly type hair or anything so here's my current haircare routine:

1. shampoo: head&shoulders shampoo
2. conditioner: garnier fructis
3. leave in: gurantang keratin cream

please help it really bothers me 😭 🙏
