F22 Concerned of tonsils

I F23, It’s almost been a week. On July 9th I had sexual contact with someone and two days later my throat hurt. At first it felt like tonsil stones and it only hurts on the left side. It has also been irritating my nose just slightly. ( I am not sure if my nose part though is from me recently stretching my septum.)I brush consistent I do smoke weed also but that is it and I smoke it without tobacco. Thursday will be a week since it began.

Today I looked at my throat and noticed these tiny white strips. I am scared it is some sort of STD. I do have a doctors appointment coming up soon but please if anyone can think of anything let me know.
