Game is unplayable on xbox

A couple days before the the most recent update I started getting non stop error messages saying, I have user generated content disabled, I don't have online play enabled and cannot play, and I don't have cross play enabled and cannot play. All of these are enabled I checked and I have not changed any settings on this game since day one playing it.

I can't even make smoke bombs without getting booted . I can't look through my workbench , chests , teleport or even move for that matter without getting booted . This is infuriating as I tried to put in a ticket and the website non stop asks me to sign in even though I'm already logged in. Anyone else ready to quit and get refunds on products that are unusable?
