Hivemapper Bee - Received

So I received the hivemapper bee that I ordered months ago. Here are a couple things that I want to ask the folks who have been using them.

It's like 80 degrees outside, and the top part (once it's mounted) of the camera is burning up.
Do we need any fans for this thing as well, like we used to use for the older cameras?

Any other tips or tricks are appreciated.
