Curse the Pinterest photos who convinced me to go with sage green tile walls with gold fixtures. Finding the right tone (let alone one that’s in stock) in the right size has taken years off my life (doesn’t help that I’m 8 months pregnant😅).

We thought we had our shower tile color nailed with a Roca 3x12” sage green that it turns out is discontinued so now it’s back to the drawing board. These are some samples that are top contenders. We are going to place the tiles in a vertical stacked format.

(Two samples on the left) Maniscalco tile urban rainforest 3x12” color: macaw feather. I have some concerns about this leaning a bit too minty, but the color is darn close. It does have a hand pressed wavy texture to it but the sides of the tile look straight. I want the lines to look clean. Will I get that with this despite the handmade look?

Greenwich pistachio 2x6” - I didn’t think I wanted tiles so small but think this color has a nice subtle variation. I have concerns about it looking too busy with grout but I’m starting to see this size become more popular.

MiR Flatiron Mint 2x16 - the woman at the tile store loved this sample and felt it would really elevate and elongate the space. It feels very tall and thin to me but idk.

(All the way right) MiR glass tile 3x12” in ice gloss. This is gorgeous but dang she is pricey and wasn’t sure if glass was going to be too high maintenance? Our GC says he can install but it is more complicated. Thoughts on glass for a shower wall?

The things we have decided - oak vanity with gold fixtures, on a natural sand color stone flooring, alabaster walls, and the Moen bronzed gold hardware (because apparently the brushed gold is actually bronze in color - who would’ve thought?!).

Appreciate any advice bc my brain is officially reached decision exhaustion 🫠
