Strongly considering a PA as my first piercing but I have some questions:

Hey guys. I have been very interested in getting a PA but have some questions if anyone could help answer them.

1: what gauge is recommended to start at or does the piercer decide that?

2: when they pierce you do they go through the urethra out the bottom or the reverse? Not that it really matters in the end, just want to know what to expect?

3: how long until you can orgasm (say though minimal stimulation) and how long until you can have normal sex?

4: what kind of bleeding is to be expected?

5: is it common for the hole to be off center or is that just due to some men’s anatomy? Some seem more centered than others.
