Moonveil build help

Hey everyone this is my first souls game and loving so far at lvl 65. This may sound stupid but I don’t like the look of staffs so I don’t want to use sorceries.

Is there a certain seal/incantations I should be targeting if I want to make a build with Moonveil katana?
