Board selection incite

Has anyone on here sat in on a selection board?

I’m interested in how many packets you scan through throughout the 4/5 days the board convenes. Also the ranks of the board members, and their MOS.

I was looking on the HRC Website for metrics on prior boards but couldn’t find anything. Does the recruitment command come out with those metrics in a MILPER or do all the FQ-NS or NS get individual emails explaining their shortcomings?

Also, any additional information you have as a board member is greatly appreciated!
