Is it just me or is kaneki just so obnoxious to go against?

Cant pallet or loop him if he has a clear sight on you so no vaulting or jumping, actually punishes you for trying to survive i guess, can just instantly travel around the map, even watching videos of this guy made me scrunch my face in disgust, not because i hated it its because how much time it even took these guys to catch me in the first place, he can instantly end chases, and if he has some sort of aura reading he can just go on full guess work, and also he can vault over pallets i think.
