Future obsessing - astrology/tarot

I just came to vent but does anyone else get super triggered by astrology videos or tarot card stuff?!

I’ll see a video about astrology and it’ll predict something that I am afraid of (breakup, job loss, etc.) then I’ll spiral into it and think it’s real. Start researching about my chart or whatever.

I have a lot of uncertainty in my life right now which is horrid for OCD and spirituality, divination, woo woo stuff, just makes it worse.

I do enjoy these things but I think I have to consciously step away from it all until I’m a bit more stable again :/

My brain is exhausting.
