Glaucoma 19 year old questions and advice

I was diagnosed with glaucoma today and was told to put eye drops (Latanoprost) before bed time every day but I was little too shocked ask more questions to my doctor. He did say tho that it was early stage and when I did the optic nerve picture other doctor said it was perfectly fine (few months ago). Only symptoms I had is dimmer darker in one eye in darkness and going blind for .1 second and regaining eye sight. The eye pressure was 28 on left and 13 on right. So some questions are

Why was my right eye also diagnosed as glaucoma even though it is in a normal range? Is this possible?

blind? I heard it was quite not often for people in my age to get this and means that my glaucoma could progress more than others and I heard that the eye drop slows down the progression yet does not stop the progression, does this mean at some point of time would I be having less and less viewing angle(?) or even possible go

What are the must not do and what is the essential things that glaucoma patients do? And how do you guys store this eye drop refrigerator?

Little scared and frustrating, I did experience a excessive amount of stress last year and this year and did drink a lot of caffeine..I wonder if this has contributed to this.
