50k salary worth it nga ba?

Problem/goal: Worth it nga ba sumahod ng 50k for a team leader post?

Context: 8 yrs tenured and recently got promoted as team leader. Got disappointed when I found out na 4k lang increase ko knowing the company's market value and stuff i feel like sobrang tinipid naman kame. Specially sa work ko na tiga ayos ng escalation ng biggest client namin at now naghahandle na ng 7 na team members. Di ko alam if valid tong nararamdaman ko ngayon.

Naiisip ko maghanap ng ibang work ngaun pero takot naman ako magsimula ulit. Di ko alam anong advice need ko pero kayo ba ano thoughts nyo?
