LinkedIn technical support is an intentional black hole

linkedin 101

My company's domain has been blocked from LinkedIn without notice or explanation. We only post regular updates about our scientific publications, so I'm trying to figure out why this is happening.

I tried submitting a ticket via https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin

It instantly gets automatically closed with this message:

We appreciate you reaching out to us again, but your original case has been transferred to a different team within LinkedIn for more accurate handling. We apologize for any inconvenience but you should have received an updated auto-response with your new case number as a reference. Please respond to that message if you wish to update your case. Thank you for your understanding!

There is never "an updated auto-response with your new case number as a reference." If I respond to reopen the ticket, it just auto closes and sends the same canned reply. The ticket never appears at https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/cases/

It would be more honest if they just told me to fuck off instead of pretending that there was some way to get support.
