Biggest problem with ranked

I'm not gonna sit here and claim I should be in masters or pro, but relative to my skill, my biggest annoyance is there is aid if my teammate just goes afk. I'm fine with having bad randoms every now and then it happens (even to us if we don't like to admit). but why should I be punished for losing the same as a 3v3 if it ended up a 2v3 cause my teammate just quits.
