After listing our house in April, we’ve gotten only one very under valued offer. No, I don’t think our house is “high” and I also don’t think a 200k hit is realistically required from last year. Some drop, sure but it’s not end of days. As of the 15th, it becomes a rental.

Feels like some markets need to ride out the BBB, tariff fears, job insecurity, deportations, etc… BS.
