Scoring low on practice

My exam is in 10 days and I took a practice exam and scored a 400. I’ve been studying 24/7 , going over review questions and practice exams. I’m not sure why my score isn’t going up. I’m having a hard time in Orgo especially. Does anyone have any tips ? It’s very discouraging especially because I’ve been studying full time for months
