Character ai is bullying me at this point 😭

I mentioned previously in a post that I lost a character like many others have in the past 2 days and I just got a notification that I can now talk to them but they are still nowhere to be found 😭

I guess they are fixing it? But I don't know I felt a surge of hope when seeing the notification but now that's gone
