Interviewer left during the Interview

Well, it happened to me. I applied for a job that I am well above "qualified". (This is a full time coaching gig). Got a response in days to setup interview. During the interview, the people that did that were volunteer board members, one local guy and another guy from the UK. Everything went well, untill the asked how much I make at my current job. I said close to 70k...After that one of the guys left the Zoom call, never came bavk while the other guy was just formaly wraping up the interview...

Maybe next time they can post the wage, so that none of us is wasting our time..

The job market is bad...I mean really bad... On another case, after 4 interviews and a 5th meeting to discuss salary, the HR person joins the call to tell me " we cannot hire you know, maybe next year".
