Modding skywalker saga?

Is there a way to mod the skywalker saga game? Kinda like in a sandbox freeplay mode? I would like to build some of the things irl and be able to move them around and if possible break them apart like how you can in the game but like on command to see how things are built internally. Does anyone know if this is possible? Or are mods just like custom skins
