Radio goes up and down

Hello everyone! Picked up a 2016 brz with 29k miles on it and noticed that the radio goes up and down, not the volume number but just the amount of sound coming through. I disabled the setting that changes the volume with speed so I was just wondering if I missed a setting or something along those lines
