Looking for queer-friendly roommate for a flexible August move in!

Hi there! My partner (26NB) and I (27F) are looking for a queer or queer-friendly roommate for the 3rd bedroom in the 2 floor, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom duplex that we live in. Move in could be anytime after August 1st and rent is ~700 a month (which includes utilities). We are located in Golden Valley near Minneapolis in a quiet suburban area. We have two cats, 6 and 8, spayed and neutered. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher and a shared living room, kitchen/dining room, and back patio area with a privacy fence.

We are both pretty social and do have people over semi-frequently, but would give a heads up beforehand. We enjoy making music, board games, video games, movies, cooking, reading, and a variety of other hobbies. Generally, we’re pretty laid back and clean.
