Anybody with Minor Annoyances with your Firm's Systems?

Every document I open from one of our firm's document management software (also note how we have more than one) opens as a read only with a warning pop up that the document is read only that you have to dismiss before you can edit the document.

Also, everytime I send an email outside the firm, I have to click an additional button to confirm that I am sending an email outside the firm. Probably the correct cybersecurity thing, but it's annoying.

Anybody want to gripe about something similar?
