Help on 3rd colosseum trial

So ive been at this for a long time, ive beaten the game, have everything, and have done the first 2 pantheons, path of pain, and so now im trying (again) the 3rd trial. I cant do it, im trying new charms instead of a nail build but cant seem to do it. I havent even gotten to the boss. Im stuck on that one section with all the flying enemies and where you have to jump from the 2 walls after the giant worms or something from deepnest. So im asking for help and if theres a better charm build and tips. Thanks in advance
