Looking for advice

I can't drive,. I live rural and there's no businesses near me or busses,. Something like Uber would cost almost as much as I would make every day. I'm a tradesman living in an apartment that probably doesn't want me working from home.

What are my options at this point because I don't understand how to move forward.... I'm way to adhd to sit behind a computer all day (working from home)
