MPA score of 64 as a Mech E major. Am I behind?

Title pretty much explains the situation lol. Im an incoming freshman with an MPA score of 64 and I dont have another attempt at it smh. Am I super far behind for an Mechanical Engineering major? I have the option to take it in person over summer but Im not sure if I should stress over it. Any advice is great thank you!
