Toddler-age books about life changes like moving house

I moved a lot as a kid. Like, a lot. I don't want that for my son, but we are going to move house in the next few months. He's very young, 16 months, but loves books. We have a big library of kids books we rotate through. He'll already bring us a boo, dance around while we read it, then put it back in the shelf.

Please recommend me books on life changes, especially moving, for toddlers! Basically the books I wish I had as a kid.

Some of his current favorites include Little Monkey Calms Down, Baby Beluga, Duck and Goose Dance Party, and the perennial classic Where the Wild Things Are.
