Constant Xbox disconnects

Been trying many times to play nightreign and I get constantly disconnected from each and every match I get into. I've tried everything from reinstalling, to closing and reopening, to using a hotspot, to restarting my console. The only thing that seems to help is turning my console off and just letting it cool down for a little over an hour. Then I can play a couple of matches. I'm just wondering how they haven't even addressed such a major issue I've seen lots of other people have.
