Sisters Face ID opens for me

My sister just moved back. She's been staying at my house. She was cooking and I went to read her her notifications. Face ID opened with my face. We checked her settings and I'm not on their. It's a new phone (2 years old). Been trying multiple times over the last few day, and it still works. Is this normal?
