HP Omnibook Ultra Flip 14 loud fans Intel 256V (even with low temps).

Just want to check-in before returning this device.

HP Omnibook Ultra Flip 14 (Intel 256V) I recently purchased from Best Buy (open-box). Fans seem to be constantly on even with cpu temps between 35ºC - 45ºC.

I already tried making adjustments in the myHP app to the fan profiles and it only makes it louder (with performance or cool mode) but even in quiet mode, the fans are audible (similar to a low background hum). Windows update completed & updated to latest BIOS (v01.02.03 -- 6/4/2025).

Any other owners out there with loud fan issues or is this an outlier?
