Juat got my 100% but have concerns

I just retired and received my benefits today. I had prostate cancer and had my prostate removed in March after I made my claim. I was rated 100% for the cancer. My understanding this goes away 6 months post treatment. Do I reach out to them?

Im not to concerned about being overpaid, my total Combined rating without the cancer is 100%. However I did get homebound because of it, so I guess I could be overpaid. Anyone been in this situation before?
