help me find this show

I feel like i remember a tv show where this kid can run decently fast like Usain bolt fast to stop crime and robberies but if he needed to he had this watch or something on his wrist that would trigger a cool animation of a like tron type feel of him spawning a car and i think there was also a statue and i remember this villain that had speakers and subwoofers as his weapon
