Study/train from Carer to some other healthcare related work?

Hi everyone!

My brother who’s been a carer for years wants to study/train to do some healthcare related work- hope someone can guide me as i have no idea.

His goal is to be able to increase his pay one day- doesnt have to be now but with potential for growth one day and also less physical work as being a carer can be very heavy.

He’s thinking NDIS Coordinators? So start working NDIS related work and study? Im not sure of pathways.

Or anything similar to that field or maybe Aged Care Assessors.

Can anyone please give me an idea how this can be done?
