Where can I actively talk with other writers in a friendly manner?

Hello r/writing! I want to ask if any of you know some online forums or servers where I can find like-minded writers and character designers where we can freely exchange ideas without being too critical and without the fear of my writing or characters/designs being stolen. I simply don't know where to look on my own.
