RTX 4070 ti for $460 a good deal?

I convinced someone to sell me a 4070ti for my new build on Facebook marketplace for 460, and I'm about to have it shipped to me, but I'm worried it wasn't a good deal. Should I try to call it off.

I plan to build with a i5-12600k for reference.
