Can anyone recommend a YMCA or a fitness club near Grant Park that offers day rates?

I'll be in Chicago for the Marathon in October, and I'm trying to sort out my ducks while I can.

I'll be checking out of my hotel at 5:30am and running the marathon, before getting on a plane at 9pm to fly home.

I would like to take a shower and freshen up after the marathon, which finishes at Grant Park.

Can anyone recommend a YMCA or a fitness club near Grant Park that offers day rates? The Irving Park YMCA only lists monthly rates on their website, so I'm not sure if they also offer day rates as well.

I would really appreciate any recommendations.

Worst case scenario, I'll pay for lounge access at the airport and head there early and take a shower before my flight.
