what amplifier to get for Apocalypse DB-SA2510 ?

im building a subwoofer sealed box, got the Apocalypse DB-SA2510,

its a ' 800 Watt RMS, 1600 Watt Max, 10" Subwoofer, 2.5" voice coil. ' , and my headunit is a sony mex 7300db , which has 2 subwoofer outputs , or just 1, both are black.

a 2 channel or a mono channel for it due to the headunit ?

would i need a 1000 watt RMS amplifier, or something much higher due to the max on it?
