Using Raid at 15 weeks?

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and my basement is infested with fleas. I've tried all the natural remedies and they're just multiplying and getting worse. I'm at my wits end. My husband bought Raid and it'll him who sprays it in the basement while my kids and I leave the house for the day. Is that OK? Has anyone else done something like this while pregnant and had a healthy pregnancy and baby afterwards?
