Should I even go to this interview tomorrow?

So I have an interview tomorrow with a health insurance company, specifically a sales position. I don’t have experience in health insurance sales but I did work as an esthetician for four years and we had really high sales goals so I do have experience. I’m laying in bed thinking about my interview tomorrow and it just hit me… I’m 5’9 and 280 pounds… and I’m interviewing for a HEALTH insurance job.

Honestly do I even bother going to the interview tomorrow? I feel like they aren’t gonna hire a fat girl to sell health insurance.
