Looking for a specific room...

Just got the game, having a blast. Was running around the top border / tip of Quarry's End at night. I was being chased and ran into this little room that's street level. It has a UV light in it, and when volatiles or zombies came in, they would get trapped and I could finish them off easily.

I ended up dying due to stupidity, but can't find this room again for the life of me. It's just literally a singular little room, with a UV light in it that's street level. You have to climb a small window ledge to get into it from the ground. If anyone knows where this spot is I'd love to find it again and farm some zombs. Thanks.
