Recover after No 2FA

Long story short, I mistakenly was playing on Findmy and clearing old devices off the list and erased my active iPhone remotely. Went to Verizon, actived my eSims and got to logging in. I was not able to access my two main gmails. Both setup as recovery for each other and both setup with a previous number because I was swayed to change my number last year to get a promotion credit in my Verizon account.

I know both email usernames and passwords. But the 2FA limited the questions it asks. So it only allows me to approve from a previous device (using the same iPhone after the reset) or send a text to a number (I no longer have access to).

I have it setup as the family manager on family link as well.

Gmail Account Recovery website is no help. Just tells me to try with a device I have used before or access it via a WiFi I use at home or work. I have tried my home and work WiFi using the same exact iPhone and it just tells me I am SOL.

Any tips?
