F27 Is it normal to still feel nausea 4 days after pain meds at ER?

Saturday night/early Sunday morning I got a laceration on my wrist and I went to the er for sutures. They asked my pain level and I said reflectively mild and specifically requested no heavy pain meds, just enough to take away some of the pain. They ended up giving me an IM injection of what they described as “heavy duty ibuprofen”. I ended up really nauseous later that evening and threw up, but I figured it was a mix of the pain med and my anxiety. Ever since then I have been nauseous every single day, although not as bad as Sunday. I haven’t taken any other medications since their injection. I’ve also been feeling occasionally lightheaded and really tired. Idk if it’s something else or if the effects of that injection can still be lingering?
