What are some niche classes?

I'm looking for an elective that feels like an intellectual side quest. Something completely random with minimal prerequisites and completely unrelated to my major (phil/pols). There's a seminar on coins this upcoming fall and I also know about the beekeeping course, but I am open to any and all suggestions!
